Tinder co-founders and 8 other people sue dating app’s owners, claiming they are owed $2 billion

Co-founders of Tinder and eight other previous and present executives regarding the popar dating application are suing the solution’s present owners, alleging they manipated the valuation for the business to reject them of huge amounts of dlars these were owed.

The suit, filed in state court in New York, seeks at least $2 billion in damages from Match Group ( MTCH ) and its parent company, IAC/InterActiveCorp ( IAC ) tuesday . The plaintiffs are represented by Orin Snyder of Gibson Dunn, that has represented a number of the biggest organizations in technology, including Twitter, Apple and Uber. Read more
